Pharmasal salt is of the highest and purest quality and is manufactured in the Ebensee salt works. It is used in the pharmaceutical industry in various sectors for the manufacturing of medicinal products.

Made according to a special manufacturing process, Pharmasal meets the requirements of Ph. Eur., USP and JP. Due to the strict regulations of pharmacopoeias, the entire production process, like the end product, is subjected to ongoing laboratory tests. In this way, the customer is provided with corresponding analysis certificates with every batch and/or delivery.

Complete retraceablility is ensured thanks to the exact records and retain sample. In addition, the Federal Bacteriological and Serological Analysis Centre in Graz ensure that every batch is sterile and check for bacteria endotoxins with the aid of a LAL test.

Pharmasal is used in the manufacture of compounds for dialysis, biopharmaka, antibiotics and numerous parenteral preparations, especially physiological saline solutions.

In its chemically pure form, Pharmasal is supplied in 25 kg bags.
